Well, I have almost finished the install. I was looking around and noticed the, IAC valve/silanoid part I mounted to the intake manifold that had the two different sized screws did not have a hose connected to it. I called JR and talked to them and they told me the hose runs fron that fitting to the water line just right of where I connected the oil cooler line. I found the line but it was connected to a connection on the firewall. The connection between the fuel line and the fuel return line. I hope you guys are still following me. By way I tried to call again and they are closed. So I figure I am dealing with 2 hoses one running from the bottom of the IAC valve to the water line running along the intake. And one running from the connector between the fuel ine and fuel return line to? Also the charcol canaster has a small vacume running from it that is not connected to it not connected to any thing. Any help is greatly needed and appereciated.

I believe the coolant hose from the IAC goes to a fitting on the passenger side of the water pipe near the oil seperator box.
Is there a vacuum fitting available on the goose-neck for the hose coming from the charcoal cannister?

Doesn't the charcol canister connect to a T (tee) which goes between the oil separator box line or PCV valve, to the bottom of the blower? It should be connected.
Also the IAC valve mounts to the throttle body I think, not the intake manifold.
Yes the IAC valve does have to different sizes of bolts.

I have filled the car with oil and coolant. I still have the 2 hoses disconnected still trying to them out. I started the car and no coolant leaked out. A little fuel from the filter, but a little snugging on the bottom nut corrected this problem. My check engine came on also. The car has a rough idle, but it's not real bad. I think there may be a vacume hose loose.

What kind of car do you have?
Lundgren: I think 94-95 GSR's don't have that T in the vacuum line. They use the second vacuum fitting on the gooseneck that you and I have vacuum caps on.
